A Note From A Customer
Hey Geeks!
I just wanted to share an email that I received that really made me smile.
We sent a newsletter out yesterday to request feedback from customers who have shopped with us a few times. This was the first email I received (only hours after it had been sent) in response to the request:
Hi KC, I watched the utube video . Very nice presentation . I have ordered a fair amount of items over the years. I have had to return or exchange some and found your return/exchange procedures extremely customer friendly. I used talk to Evelyn when she was in customer service . She was extraordinary . I miss her in that department. If you see her pass on my kudos to her,much deserved.
As far as ideas for this new launch …………(have to keep some thing a secret prior to launch date!)………..

Evelyn, I think you must have provided a sincerely enthusiastic and very memorable Geek experience. This is what customer service is all about!! I wanted to share this not only with Evelyn but with everyone because I think it is sooo important! Our actions leave lasting impressions with our customers. Evelyn exemplified what it means to be A Geek, and that should not be left unmentioned. Great job Evelyn!!!
